Complaint & warranty
As a private customer of ours, your product is covered by a three-year warranty from the time you received it. Five years apply to companies and organizations. This warranty applies in the event of original defects, production defects, transport damage or if the product is otherwise defective. In the event of an approved complaint, we will repair the item to its original condition or replace it with a new one.
If you wish to make a complaint, please contact us by email before sending the product back. You will receive all the information you need from us on how to proceed. You will not have to pay any return shipping or shipping for a new item if the complaint has been approved by us. Once the complaint has been approved, we will repair the item or replace it with a new one.
