Shipping & Returns
We offer free delivery. The delivery time varies depending on the stock status of the product ordered, which you can see next to the product on the product page. Normal delivery time for items in stock is two weeks, and 6-8 weeks for items not in stock. We strive to deliver the order without undue delay, though no later than 30 days after the order is placed. (With the exception of products with a longer delivery time, which was stated at the time of ordering.)
Please contact us if your order is not delivered or arrives with damage to the packaging and/or products.
For larger shipments
You may be required to make certain preparations for the delivery to be made. You should, for example, ensure that your residence/premises are accessible. When a delivery is made to a residential address or a company address, it has to be signed for. The customer must be there to receive the delivery and be able to present valid ID. If someone else is to take delivery of the item for you, they will need show both their own ID and your ID document. Delivery does not include carrying the item into your home. Once delivered, you are responsible for ensuring that the item is protected from the elements, etc. Delivery is to the kerbside only.
In case of non-delivery
If the delivery could not be made, or if the package was not picked up from the agent and you wish to have your order delivered again, please contact us. You will be required to pay a shipping fee for this delivery.

There is a 30-day cooling off period from the day you received the item. If you wish to make a return, you are responsible for the return shipping and for packaging it in such a way that the item is not damaged during transport. We recommend that you return the item in its original packaging. The cooling off period does not apply to custom-made products, such as products made to your specific requirements.
(We do not offer the right of withdrawal for purchases made by or on behalf of companies or organizations)
If you change your mind
1. If you change your mind and wish to make a return, you must notify us of this within 14 days of receiving the order. You can choose to use this standard form from the Swedish Consumer Agency or to notify us by email. We recommend email. Having notified us, you are required to send the package back within 14 days.
2. When you contact us about the return, we will let you know the shipping fee. This is calculated based on the size and weight of the item. We will then send you a return delivery note. If you prefer to use another shipping option, it is your responsibility to ensure that the item arrives safely.
3. In order for us to know who the return is from, we ask you to include a copy of your order confirmation or delivery note, and to make sure that your name and order number are included. Please let us know the reason for the return as it is always useful to know why you are not satisfied. If you are returning the item because you received the wrong one or wish to complain about it, please make this clear to ensure that we process it faster.
4. Once we have received the item(s), we will refund the amount without undue delay. Refunds are always made via the same method of payment you used when ordering.
